Setting up a meeting using wireless transmitters

  1. Connect the wireless transmitter to the Line Level out
    1. Connect the headphone extender cable to the Line Level out.
    2. Plug the attenuator into the headphone extender cable.
    3. Turn a transmitter
    4. Plug the attenuator into it.
  2. Connect the wireless receiver to the USB-C sound card
    1. Turn on the wireless receiver
    2. Verify that the decibel levels are correct for the receiver and transmitter
    3. Plug one end of the red cable into the receiver
    4. Plug the other end into the microphone input on the USB-C sound card
  3. Test audio
    1. With the Recorder web page open, have someone speak into the microphone to verify that the audio level meter responds
  4. Attach the RCA cable which connects to the assistive listening hub (optional)
    1. Plug the 3.5mm to RCA adapter into the USB-C sound card headphone out jack
    2. Plug the RCA cable into the adapter
    3. Be mindful that if the red RCA connector isn't carrying sound that you will need to adjust the 3.5mm connection
